Apartment Rates and Inclusions

Low Season: 21 March to 14 June, and 16 September to 19 December
• From NZD$655 per night

High Season: 15 June to 15 September, and 20 December to 20 March
• From NZD$750 per night

Terms
• Rates are for a maximum of 6 people (per apartment)
• Minimum Stay 3 nights
• All rates quoted in New Zealand Dollars and include GST

Reservations
• In order to confirm a reservation, we require a current credit card number
  (with expiry date). A minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights applies (5 nights during
  Christmas and New Year 20 December to 10 January)
• Full payment is required at the time of booking

Cancellation
NEST Apartments comprise 2 exclusive apartments and late cancellations have a significant impact. If a reservation is cancelled the following applies:
• Outside 30 days of arrival a penalty equal to 3 nights is charged if the cancellation
  is received in writing
• 30 days within arrival a 100 percent charge of the total stay applies
Travel insurance which protects against unexpected changes to your travel agenda, is recommended.

NEST Apartment Inclusions and Policies
• NEST Apartments serviced every 3 days. Additional housekeeping can be arranged
  for a charge of NZD$150 per service on prior request
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside NEST Apartments
• No pets or animals are permitted
• NEST Apartments or it’s owners accept no responsibility for any loss/damage or
  injury to guests or their property and we recommend you arrange your own travel
  insurance prior to your stay
• Whilst the owners strive to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order,
  in the event of malfunction, we will do our best to rectify the problem as soon as
  possible
• Each NEST Apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults
• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required
• Local phone calls are free of charge

Check in / out Procedure
• Check in time 2pm
• Check out time 10am
• Keys to the NEST Apartments are contained in an external lock box. A code to the
  lock box is provided upon full reservation payment.

Please note that there is no Reception Area. If a check out or check in time is required outside the above times, please arrange this directly with us.
